Efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Akita Daiichi Travel is taking the following measures to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees in accordance with the "Guidelines for Response to COVID-19 in the Travel Industry." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Visit us

To prevent infection, we recommend that you conduct travel transactions outside of visiting our store, such as by phone or email for travel consultations and applications.

・Disinfectant (alcohol, etc.) will be available in the store.

・When entering the store, we ask you to disinfect your hands.

・We ask that you wear a mask inside the store.

2. Consultation/Counter

・We will encourage customers to make reservations in advance and keep the time spent in the store as short as possible.

- Acrylic panels and transparent vinyl curtains will be installed on the counter to prevent droplet infection between customers.

- The writing desk and writing utensils used when filling out the application form will be frequently wiped and disinfected.

- We encourage payment of travel expenses by bank transfer.

​・Coupons to be issued at a later date will be handed over electronically or by mail, so that customers do not need to visit the store.

3. Store cleaning

- Disinfect using an alcohol solution, a commercially available detergent containing a surfactant, or a bleach solution.

- After regular cleaning, it is important to wipe and disinfect environmental surfaces that are touched by an unspecified number of people before and after starting work. Doorknobs, counters, application desks, shared computers, etc. should be wiped regularly with an alcohol-based solution.

・Floors and walls that are not touched will be cleaned as usual.
